Scoped entry by boundary permit and availability window.

Access Key grants controlled access into AXIS Boundary using a Program ID. Visibility stays limited by design. Participation is allowed only when explicitly permitted.

A Program ID represents a Permit (what’s allowed) and a Window (when it’s allowed). Optional verification may be required. If issued, it confirms the Keyholder for this Program.
