AXIS BLUE
CONTROL THE WORK. CONTROL THE RECORD.
Policy

Privacy policy.

AXIS BLUE is designed to minimize data collection, limit retention, and scope access strictly to operational intent.

Core principles

AXIS BLUE operates on a principle of restraint. We collect only what is required to support operational workflows, restrict access by default, and avoid persistent personal profiling.

Data within AXIS BLUE is contextual, time-bound, and purpose-limited. The platform is not designed to function as a permanent system of record, identity authority, or surveillance tool.

Requests and contact submissions

Information submitted through request or contact forms is used solely to respond to inquiries, evaluate access requests, or communicate about the platform.

Submitted information is not sold, shared for advertising purposes, or repurposed beyond its original intent.

Accounts, access, and identity

AXIS BLUE may support multiple access models, including administrator accounts, operator contexts, and keyholder-based access mechanisms. These mechanisms are designed to facilitate operational visibility, not to establish legal identity or employment verification.

Access credentials, pins, or keys are treated as scoped authorization tools. Responsibility for assigning, distributing, and revoking access rests with the organization or individual deploying the platform.

Operational data and evidence

Operational data may include visit context, event logs, scan activity, and supporting evidence such as images or notes. This data is collected only when explicitly initiated by an operator.

Evidence uploads may be subject to time windows, size limits, and retention controls. Access may be restricted by role, configuration, or keyholder authorization.

AXIS BLUE does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or long-term preservation of operational data. Users are responsible for exporting or retaining records as required by their organization or jurisdiction.

Data separation and organizational boundaries

Where supported, AXIS BLUE separates data by organization, program, or operational context. However, no system is immune to misconfiguration.

Administrators and operators are responsible for ensuring that access permissions align with their internal policies and applicable laws.

What AXIS BLUE does not do

AXIS BLUE does not monitor individuals outside of active operational use, does not perform behavioral surveillance, and does not make employment, compliance, or disciplinary determinations.

The platform provides tools for capture and visibility, not judgment or enforcement.

Policy evolution

As AXIS BLUE evolves, this policy may be updated to reflect changes in functionality or scope. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
